The Impact of a Scholarship

“Many students face personal and financial challenges at some point in their educational journey. A scholarship helps you overcome these issues — to have that peace of mind that someone has your back — allowing you to concentrate on your studies.

I was able to complete my master’s degree because the late Emeritus Professor Harvey Treger made the decision to give generously. I am now a social worker in a domestic violence agency working with perpetrators because that is how we are going to end the cycle of domestic violence.”
